Gabe has been advancing Tamarack Camps’ mission for a year and a half in his current role, after seven years in various other positions and eight summers as a Tamarack camper. An MSU grad with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism, a master’s in community development from University of Detroit Mercy and a certificate in major gifts from Indiana University, Gabe leads a talented team to ensure Tamarack’s future success. He lives in Berkley with his wife, Ilene, and their dog, Russell. They’re Green Bay Packers co-owners, Lego enthusiasts, and love traveling the world together.
Proudest accomplishments: Record-breaking Send a Kid to Tamarack events in the last two years, all while building our endowment and establishing signature spaces like “The HuG” and Wolfe Village.
