EXCITING DINING CHANGES AHEAD

At Tamarack, we know that meals are more than just food — they’re moments to connect, recharge and create memories.

Whether it’s sunset s’mores at Havdalah or first-day-camp chicken tenders with new friends, food plays a huge role in the camp experience. That’s why I’m thrilled to share that we’re bringing a new food service provider to camp: Tastebuds!

Starting in just a few weeks, Tastebuds will join us in enhancing the way we eat together at Tamarack. With a focus on from-scratch meals and creative new options, we’re excited about what’s to come. This partnership opens the door to vibrant, flavorful food that aligns with our kosher traditions and camp spirit — think Farber Farm-fresh ingredients, thoughtful menus and meals that fuel adventures.

We’ll still have the comfort foods everyone loves, but Tastebuds also brings fresh ideas for healthier choices and more variety. From music lunches and Shabbat dinners to Foxfire hot dogs and evening cookies, I know this change will make the dining experience even better for both campers and staff.

We’re grateful to be working with a team that shares our passion for building community — one meal at a time. As we look ahead to summer, I can’t wait to sit down with all of you at the dining hall, swap stories and enjoy the delicious food that will bring us together.
