It is that time of year… summer is around the corner and we are busy signing off on medical charts and submitting bunk requests. Medical Forms were OVERDUE as of April 1. You can avoid late fee assessments that will begin on May 1 by completing your medical forms and all document uploads.
Please note the following medication instructions:
We use AMAC Pharmacy Services for ordering and packaging ALL medications — prescription AND over-the-counter (including vitamins and supplements). You will need to sign an authorization form and enter all medications into the Parent Provided Medical Information section in CampBrain.
Your camper’s doctor should send electronic prescriptions (E-scribe) to:

Faxed prescriptions should be sent to 866-798-4070.
Over-the-counter medications do NOT need a doctor’s prescription and will be filled as long as they are entered into the Parent Provided Medical Information. If there are changes to medications, please notify us by June 1.
If your child takes ADHD medications, any controlled substance, device or other medication that is only given in a 30-day supply, you will need to call your insurance company and ask for a “VACATION OVERRIDE” for 30 days (if attending one session) or 60 days (if attending two sessions or travel trips). Your doctor must then send an extra prescription to AMAC Pharmacy Services for the 30 or 60 day vacation override and write in the instructions “please do not dispense until June 1” for first session/travel trips or “please do not dispense until July 1” for second session.
