We continue to hold our Israeli brothers and sisters close during this dark time. While we grieve loss and stand in solidarity, we also have found comfort in our camp community. For many families, Tamarack Camps is the link that brings us close to Israel. On our campgrounds and through our Israeli Camper Program, Israeli and American children play together and campers find role models in our shlichim. On the Joy and Allan Nachman Teen Leadership Trip to Israel, and the Sue & Alan Kaufman & Family Teen Mission to Israel, our families and teens discover more than Israel’s physical beauty – they feel the power of partnership.
This cherished bond reminds us of the importance of camp and what makes Tamarack so special. In times like these, our kids need camp more than ever. Please enjoy the following upcoming events with more to come. We will continue to spread Jewish joy and stand with Israel year round and, as the excitement for the summer of 2024 builds, we hope you will join us.

Even though summer may feel like a distant memory, we’re bringing back the campfire camaraderie while showing off our best swag. Whether it’s your classic camp tee or a favorite trip souvenir, let’s flood our feeds with cherished camp memories and show off our Tamarack pride. If you’re anything like us, you’ve been counting down the days until summer 2024 (237, in case you were wondering)! While we wait for our favorite months of the year, we’re also thrilled to announce the reunion event you won’t want to miss. Campers and staff are invited to join us on Friday, November 24 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at BonaVenture Family Skating Center for a gathering sure to bring back the best memories of summer. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with old friends and amazing counselors as we relieve those unforgettable summer moments. We can’t wait to see you there for an afternoon of laughter, stories, and, of course, some skating fun!
