Welcome home Camp Maas! The campers have arrived and we couldn’t be happier. It was amazing to see all the smiling faces and happy campers meeting their bunkmates and counselors. Thank you to our families for helping us with a smooth arrival at camp.
The sun was shining for all the arrivals. Campers enjoyed chicken nuggets and fries for their first camp meal, eating family-style in the dining hall or in their lodges (Grosberg Ruach/Robinson Pioneer and Kaufman Specialty). Levison Village was able to take their swim tests but the rest were postponed due to rain and rescheduled for the rest of the week. This gave all the campers time to unpack (Brighton Junior Side staff helped make every camper’s bed), get to know their bunkmates, and play games with their villages.
It feels amazing to have campers at camp finally! The COMEBACK summer is in full swing!
