  2. ALL CAMP FEES ARE DUE IN FULL BY 4/1/19. Failure to pay in full by 4/1/19 will result in a $100 late fee per camper or result in the loss of any early discounts received or cancellation of your child’s participation in a program.
  3. Cancellations made prior to 12/31/18 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 12/31/18 will be charged a $250 (or $100 if applying for a scholarship) processing fee for each Camper. The only exception to this policy is for families applying for a scholarship and not receiving an amount required for participation. These families may request, in writing, a refund within one week of their scholarship notification. No other refund requests will be honored. Any cancellations after 1/31/19 will result in a forfeited deposit. Deposits are non-transferable. After 4/1/19, 50% of camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. After 6/1/19, all camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellations or changes to programs must be in writing.

In the event that more applications are received than spaces are available, initially for one session, followed by Super Season, a random drawing will be held to include all complete applications beginning with Group A.
If space still remains, new campers and applications received after 9/21/18 at 3:01 p.m. EST, will be registered. In the event that more applications are received than spaces are available, a random drawing will be held to include all complete applications.
