Grosberg Ruach/Robinson Pioneer

Hi! I’m Madeline Robins and I am so honored and excited to be the supervisor of the new Grosberg Ruach/Robinson Pioneer Village!

A little bit about me: I am a third year nursing student at The Ohio State University, serve on the OSU Hillel Board, and am a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority. This will be my tenth (woah) summer at camp and have previously staffed Berman in 2018 and Robinson Pioneer in 2019.

Robinson Pioneer was my absolute favorite summer as a camper at Camp Maas, and while I was never  in Grosberg Ruach, I know that this year is always a transformative one for campers, regardless of which village they are in. Combining the two, and placing them in D. Dan and Betty Kahn Village (the newly renovated village across our private lake), will provide an unreal experience to all campers.

After a year like 2020, camp is going to be the getaway that will begin to give back some normalcy to everyone, but I can guarantee that this summer, Grosberg Ruach/Robinson Pioneer will be like nothing campers have experienced before.

Can’t wait to be back in Ortonville!
